Well presented and good quality place with so very helpful employees from cleaning staff to management. Quiet and best possible location of the hotel, close to the center of Playa Banca and everything, though finding way around in lifts. Coffee, slices of fresh bread, cereals, muffins, and cakes for breakfast in the restaurant.

A little dirty area.

I came here with my children. I had a full cooked and substantial breakfast, appreciated the meal with fish, decent wine plus live cooked meats. The location was remote, short walk to the livelly marina and restaurants, bars and public areas.

No complains at all, the hotel met standards. The breakfast was full cooked and I liked it. The staff was amazing friendly and dedicated, and the restaurant was premium. The location was amazing as for me. It was located in a shopping area.

Airy and neat unit with a stylish decor. Nice bed & excellent service. Stunning and incredible location in Playa Blanca, right by the restaurants and spa, and the outskirts of Playa Blanca. Outstandingly accommodating staff throughout.

Everything there were superb, including very good facilities. Ideal and decent location, on the coast. Situated only 1 km from Caleton Del Cobre.

Lovely and stunning location: a bus stop walk from the hotel. Based in a calm area.

The location was quiet, near to on to Playa Blanca with fantastic view points along the way, a restaurant for breakfast and dinner serving very good food and restaurants/cafes, in a very attractive area. Besides, it was 10 mins walk from Playa Mujeres.

Stunning location in Playa Blanca just off the Asian and Mexican restaurants, the livelly marina with bars and restaurants and to the right a lovely paved walkway right to the west side of the island stopping off at Rubicon Marina.

We walked everywhere, the location was perfect, on the promenade. The room was brand-new and well furnished and included a storage space, a kettle and a chair. Everyone from the staff was highly trained and reasonably good.

We greatly enjoyed the room, it was generous sized and had a storage, a safe, and a balcony. The bed was very big; and there was a rain shower. It was in a lovely and stunning location walk from a bus station.

Sincerely, it was a very very good stay on holiday. Booked a room with seaview. The staff were highly trained, the location was peaceful and best possible. Truly enjoyed our time at the hotel, thank you.

Full cooked and varied breakfasts, the stay was really amazing!

I appreciated an airy and soundproof room with outstanding views, it overlooked the sea. A storage, a kettle, and a sofa were a bonus. The location was good and beautiful in a very quiet area, so close to the nearby rocky beach, the main restaurant, and Marina Rubicon where there was a market on Saturdays. The service was excellent, the food was brilliant!
